Major Job Duties:
- Set up / Break down of jobs in machines
- Run first inspections and get approved
- Run parts based up Work Orders
- Keep work area clean
- Safety
Minor Job Duties
- Minor adjustments to programs if needed
- Replacing worn or damaged tools
- Maintenance of CNC machines
Competencies and Authorities
Education: General Knowledge of CNC machines
Training: Ongoing
Skills: Print reading, Measurement device competency (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
Major Job Duties:
- Maintain Inventory
- Wash/Timesave/pack parts
- Through Picklists pack and ship to customer
- Pack and ship to platers
- Shipping and receiving of all parts and materials
Minor Job Duties
- Stock room organization
- Raw Material
- Finished goods
- Clean up around shop
- Raw material retrieval for machinists
Competencies and Authorities
Education: Basic math skills required
Training: Ongoing
Skills: Math skills, forklift
Major Job Duties:
- Set up / Break down of Dies in machines
- Run first inspections and get approved
- Run parts based up Work Orders
- Keep work area clean
- Safety
Minor Job Duties
- Timesave parts if needed
- Stamping parts for identification
- Maintenance of Press’
Competencies and Authorities
Education: General Knowledge of Punch Presses
Training: Ongoing
Skills: Print reading, Measurement device competency (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
